Frassati Catholic Academy needs to hire a part-time assistant director of our before/aftercare program. The assistant director would work under the supervision of our program director, and would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. The program is open from 6:45-7:45 a.m. daily, and from 3:15-6:00 p.m. daily, on almost all days when school is in operation. The assistant director would need to be present and on-site during the times when the program is in operation in the afternoons, and potentially sometimes in the mornings as needed. This position would be for 10-15 hours per week.
The assistant director must be qualified as a program director under the childcare licensing guidelines for the State of Colorado. The director should be passionate about working with children in a Catholic school environment. Applicants who are practicing Catholics are preferred, but other applicants will be considered. All applicants will be required to take part in the required yearly professional development for childcare workers, must pass all background checks, and must take (or have recently taken) Safe Environment Training.
