Fraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule. We are looking for individuals that would be able to commit to a set number of hours per week and be cross-trained at multiple sites. Your flexibility will allow for you to make a massive impact with our clients and give you more control over the schedule that you desire.

**Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

* Medication administration

* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

* Money management

* Treatment documentation

* Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes

* Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)

* Planning and transportation to/from activities

* Community integration

**Fraser Offers:**

* $500 or $1,000 hiring bonus depending on location

* $15.00-$16.00/hour pay (plus meals on some shifts)

Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).

- If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

**Available Locations and Schedules:**

Fraser is currently hiring for part-time staff in the north or south metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview. In order to help us best evaluate potential matches to our current openings, *please let us know any and all hours you would be available to work*.

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma/equivalent preferred.

* Previous experience working with individuals with diverse needs is preferred, however not required. We offer paid training!

* Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).

* Ability to pass DHS background study.

* Use of clear and understandable written and verbal English.

* Capacity to work independently and use strong decision-making skills.

* Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Direct Support Professional is similar in job duties to PCA, CNA, Direct Support Staff, Program Counselor, Caregiver, HHA, and Direct Care Staff.
