Description

PARALEGAL - LITIGATION

Fraser Stryker Law Firm is hiring for a full time Litigation Paralegal. Our Litigation Paralegals collect, analyze, organize and summarize documents, prepare pleadings, and draft and answer interrogatories. They also assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial and obtaining and organizing trial exhibits. This position utilizes a variety of software and on-line applications to accomplish their day-to-day tasks and may also be asked to help prepare wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents periodically.

Successful candidates have a Bachelor Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar field or an Associate's Degree and a Paralegal Certificate and three to five years of litigation experience. They must also possess the ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal, while working with a variety of team members. This position also requires the ability to demonstrate effective analytical and organizational skills.
