- Perform various tasks using the following machines: Housekeeping cart, mop, bucket, various cleaning machines including but not limited to buffers, strippers, vacuum cleaners, and wet-vac
- Equipment may be walk-behind or ride-on machinery
- Must be able to climb onto and off equipment safely
- Must be able to safely drive equipment
- Must be able to rotate and change squeegees on equipment
- Must be able to lift and change out propane tank (35lbs) on equipment
- Must perform pre- and post- equipment inspections ensuring all fluid levels are correct and that equipment is in good working order and clean for next shift
- Follow all safety rules and participate in company's safety program
Part-Time
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00a - 2:00p
- $13.50/hr
- Monday - Friday
- Company-provided shirts to wear on job site.
- Paid training.
- Referral bonus for Team Members who refer qualified applicants hired by Frantz (ask HR for the details).
- Health, dental, vision, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage. Benefits are effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
