JOB DESCRIPTION: The FLCS Job Coaches/IA will provide support and services to students involved in any level of Transition Programing as determined by the case conference committee decision.

REPORTS TO: Cooperating Teacher: Teacher of Record (TOR)/Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must meet all qualifications set for instructional assistants for Frankton-Lapel Community Schools
• Willingness to obtain training/certification for driving students to job sites and community outings in a mini-bus
• Willingness to learn, problem solve and meet the needs of young adults with respect, dignity, and fairness

Starting Date: As soon as qualified candidate is secured

Schedule: Approximately 29.5 hours per week, $14.00 per hour
