We are a General Construction firm that has been in business for over 40 yrs. We are searching for an experienced, motivated professional on site building construction manager in central and northern New Jersey. You must have a minimum of 10yrs experience in the field with 5 years as the primary point of contact for the construction of new and the renovation of existing public and private buildings. You must have experience with project management software such as Procore, scheduling software such a s Microsoft Project and the ability to manage and administrate AIA documents for your project. You must thoroughly understand the construction sequence from permits to close out. You must be able to read blueprints and specifications and be able to control a jobsite safely and efficiently. You must have experience conducting meetings both with subcontractors and with Owners. A College degree is preferred but not required. you will be required to complete the OSHA 30hr safety certification.
