```Job Summary:```

```Duties:```
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, including bartenders, cooks, and servers
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures

```Skills:```
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes
- Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Culinary background with knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control and cost management
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of employees
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain quality standards
- Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and techniques
- Experience in banquet operations is a plus
