Resident Care and Programming:

• Craft personalized service plans for each resident, ensuring adherence to Inspirit Senior Living standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop staffing strategies that prioritize resident well-being.
• Oversee resident services to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery.
• Champion our activities program, fostering social engagement and life skills development among residents.
• Work closely with leadership to attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
• Lead comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Facilitate Communication and Regulatory Compliance:

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff during transitional periods, offering support and guidance.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance at all times.

Quality Assurance and Leadership:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively addressing safety concerns and implementing corrective measures.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to care managers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 Years experience with dementia population and management/supervisory experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
