Job Description: Our litigation attorneys play a critical role in managing and resolving complex civil disputes. Their responsibilities include:

• Handling all phases of litigation from inception through resolution or trial
• Drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Engaging in active settlement negotiations and mediation
• Representing clients in court proceedings and trials
• Providing sound legal advice and strategy to clients

Practice areas: Since our inception, we’ve represented corporations and insurers and their insureds in a variety of matters. These include complex liability, insurance and reinsurance, professional liability, employment, products liability, and other litigation, trial, and appellate work.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
