With a guaranteed spot to serve during peak hours and all legalities sorted out, it's nearly a turnkey opportunity. All we need is you – the go-getter – and your culinary delights.

The bar operates from around noon to 10 pm on weekends and 2-8 pm Mondays through Thursdays, but you have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Naturally, you'll want to align with the bar's busiest hours to cater to their valued patrons! Inform us of your schedule in advance, and we'll cross-promote you on the bar's social media platforms – it's a must! Plus, if you're inclined, you can relocate the cart to different spots or even add another cart for increased earnings.

Your mission? Independently manage day-to-day operations, curate an enticing menu, cover food costs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Yes, you'll be responsible for purchasing the food and meticulously tracking your expenditures for accounting purposes. We believe in having some skin in the game and striving to keep food costs low. While we've had moderate success with hotdogs ($300 weekdays), we're enthusiastic about exploring new menu ideas that align with our vision. However, as any seasoned entrepreneur knows, higher costs mean lower profits. Thus, we encourage you to walk the delicate tightrope where quality remains high, and costs stay low. This way, we all benefit from happier guests and increased profits.
