Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holistic dental office. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management and possess strong supervisory skills as well as be open to and passionate about alternative care solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise office staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage administrative support functions
- Utilize Carestack dental software
- Oversee utilization payroll, PTO, vacation etc and arrange for needed coverage
- Help grow and manage referrals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of dental office procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $22.87 - $31.95 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
