Case Services Aide (HELP Program)

Base Salary 2024: $37,816

*The Hiring Emergency Limited Placement Program, a.k.a, HELP Program, is a temporary program to promote recruitment in critical health and safety titles that meet certain criteria as outlined by the NYS Department of Civil Service. The titles under the HELP Program are deemed Non-Competitive through June 26, 2024. At that time, employees hired under the HELP Program will be converted to Competitive classification without a competitive test.

Minimum Qualifications:

A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with an Associate’s Degree or higher; or

B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two (2) years of experience in a non-professional position involving clerical, administrative or office management experience.

Possession of a current and valid NYS Driver’s License at time of application and throughout employment.
