$17 hourly

• Schedule and confirm appointments, recorded statements, IMEs, and EUOs for clients in Boynton Beach, FL, US
• Request all necessary documents for client cases, including insurance information, police reports, medical records, and bills
• Assist the case manager and attorney with managing a caseload efficiently
• Draft legal documents and prepare demands accurately
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Manage the attorney's calendars effectively
• Ensure all deadlines are met promptly and accurately

• The Legal Assistant position is an entry-level position and legal experience is not required
• Minimum of one year of office work or customer service experience or demonstrated interest in the law
• The Legal Assistant must have a high school degree
• Must have a positive attitude and be computer-savvy
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Must be innovative, self-starter, and goal-oriented
• Candidate should be able to manage deadlines; ability to follow up and be detail-oriented.
