The Frankfort Plant Board has an opening for a full-time Water Distribution Superintendent. The successful candidate is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of the Water Distribution Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, construction and maintenance of the water distribution system and insure that operations are in compliance with established procedures and standards and federal, state and local laws and administrative regulation
Qualified applicants must have a high school or equivalent, plus 9 to 10 years of directly related Water Distribution experience and 3 years related management experience. Must possess and maintain a Class IV Distribution license issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a valid Kentucky Driver’s license.
The starting salary is $3,608.00 Bi-Weekly ($93,808.00 annually) plus an excellent benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance and membership in the KY Retirement System. All applicants must be able to successfully complete drug screening and background investigation. Must possess and maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license.
