*Candidate must reside within the state of Michigan. Summary: Under direct supervision and following standard procedures, assists PL Field Managers in the profitability and growth of an assigned territory through a network of independent agents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May assist in identifying, soliciting, and recommending the appointment of new personal lines agencies; evaluate and recommend the rehabilitation or termination of existing personal lines agencies. Assist PL Field Managers with visiting agencies within field center and maintains liaison between company and agency staff to:May train agency staff on company philosophy, systems, products, policies, procedures and changes.Aid in managing and evaluating agencies on personal lines performance.Assist agencies and the company in identifying and exploiting markets for company products.Facilitate the resolution of service and other issues between the agency and the company in all areas.
