Frankel Staffing Partners is Hiring a Credentialing specialist Near Raleigh, NC

Our client, an international association supporting the construction industry and headquartered in Raleigh, NC , is actively recruiting for a bright and capable go-getter to provide operational and administrative support to its membership / credentialing department.

The organization provides professional development / certification programs to its members. This Specialist will support activities related to individuals seeking their designations within the organization’s programs and maintaining those designations through continuing educational hours.

They will be actively involved in processing credential applications and renewals as well as providing administrative support to the membership team.

Although credentialing experience would be a plus, they are willing to train an excellent candidate with similar application processing experience.

A keen eye for detail and strong compliance orientation will be critical.

Key Things to Note :

  • This position will work in a small team . Seek a can-do versatile candidate who enjoys working collaboratively in a small group setting to achieve a shared goal.
  • The focus of the role will be to process applications and renewals . These can be voluminous, and every t must be crossed and i must be dotted.

Seek meticulous candidate who enjoys processing work. Some bkgd in credentialing, licensing or other application processing is expected.

  • This is an independent contributor role in a highly collaborative setting . Seek exceedingly competent candidate who can strike that balance.

Selected duties include :

Assist with candidate questions

and providing credentials updates as necessary

Run reports and send out new credential cards and individual packets

weekly

Process and distribute invoices

Email registrants

advising of past due status, inactive status and assist with renewal processing

Mail suspension letters

Create and mail credential reinstatement notices

Review exam payment

s and exam registration form report

Send individual

exam request information to testing vendor

Notify applicants of retest eligibility

for credentials monthly

Compile data

for credential reports

Send out new certification and recertification materials

Assist membership department with

running membership cards and processing payments

Provide

secondary assistance with incoming phones and serve as backup for mail processing

Assist the membership department by

running membership cards twice a month

Assist the events department

with miscellaneous duties for the annual convention

Requirements include a related degree and 2 years of similar experience in application processing, paralegal work, etc. , ideally in a membership capacity or in the association space.

Experience working with a membership database is preferred Travel (domestic) to the annual conventional is expected ( 10 days).

Other priorities include :

  • Strong quality orientation including eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management and juggling skills
  • Outstanding relationship building and customer service aptitude
  • Congenial, collaborative work style
  • Proficient computer skills including : MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, databases, and web / web-based technologies.

Finally, we seek a self-starting, highly disciplined and responsible candidate. One who enjoys being the hub and reaching out to support others

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite in their downtown Raleigh office . Position is Contract-to-Hire paying $45-55K depending on experience.

Further, this organization offers a robust benefit plan including a 37.5 work week
