FRANK SCHIPPER CONSTRUCTION is Hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager Near Santa Barbara, CA

Award winning General Contractor looking for experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Duties include managing projects . This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred. Sal DOE.

The Project Manager is a position that assists the Superintendent with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. They are responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
