Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and wine sales representatives.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with wine tastings and wine club activities
- Meet with sales representatives to assist in product ordering
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of wine and different wine regions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience with cash handling procedures

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
