Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Cadillac Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients to assist them in finding their dream Cadillac vehicle. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is an individual contributor role, offering the potential to earn a competitive salary ranging from $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cadillac vehicles to customers
• Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle demonstrations
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the dealership and manufacturer
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future sales and referrals
• Keep up-to-date on the latest Cadillac models, features, and incentives
• Maintain a knowledge of competitive products and pricing to effectively sell against competitors
• Work collaboratively with the dealership team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
• Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Meet and maintain sales certification and training requirements set by the manufacturer
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
