Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled entry-levelSite Design Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidatewill play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of varioussite development projects. From concept to completion, the Site Design CivilEngineer will be responsible for developing plans and reports in compliancewith regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determineproject feasibility, constraints, and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive site design plans, including grading,drainage, utilities, and erosion control measures.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and otherdesign professionals to integrate site elements and optimize functionality.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technicalreports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to addressstormwater management and flood mitigation issues.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessarypermits and approvals for project implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in site design, land development, orrelated civil engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant designsoftware.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes,and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communicationskills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously andprioritize tasks effectively.
