What You Will Do:

• Collaborate closely with the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and fetching plumbing tools and equipment required for each job.
• Perform cutting and opening of walls and structures to facilitate job completion as needed.
• Work alongside the lead installer on plumbing installations and repairs in customers' homes.
• Utilize trade software, such as Service Titan, to track repairs and completed work accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes and standards to ensure compliance.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working environments.
• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

What You Need:

• Basic plumbing knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.
• Successful completion of motor vehicle, background check, and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new methods and techniques.
• Physical dexterity to handle tools and equipment effectively.
