Position Overview:

Frangos Chicken Fingers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while upholding the company's standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor food quality, service speed, and cleanliness to maintain the highest standards.

Implement and enforce Frangos Chicken Fingers' policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members to promote growth and engagement.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.

3. Customer Satisfaction:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
