This position works in a team environment to provide operational and customer support for all digital banking and treasury management products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to retail and business online banking, mobile banking, online bill pay, ACH, online wire origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and lockbox.

Responsible for fielding, troubleshooting, and supporting customer and banker questions related to treasury management products and services.
