Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare garnishes, such as fruit slices or olives, for drinks
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashiering skills
- Familiarity with different types of beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with legal regulations
