"Join us as we Celebrate Life and Serve with Joy! Addolorata Villa, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a faith based senior living community located in Wheeling, Illinois. Our community provides a full continuum of care and services in a warm and friendly environment including: assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation and skilled nursing. We are currently seeking Full-time Activities Assistants to develop, coordinate and implement a variety of activities and events for residents in Skilled Nursing. The LEA will foster an atmosphere of hospitality and customer service through consistent attention to resident's needs. Responsibilities Include: Lead and/or assist with group and one on one activity programs Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities Complete assessments and progress notes necessary to be compliant with state and federal regulations Attends and participates in meetings such as care plans, in-services, resident council and other meetings as assigned Assist with volunteer management Maintain a neat and clean environment for residents Foster an atmosphere of hospitality and customer service Employee Benefits: Competitive Compensation & Shift Differentials Group Health, Dental & Vision Employer Funded Health Savings Account Life/Disability Insurance 401k Match Tuition Assistance Generous Paid Time Off Qualified candidates must possess the following: Highschool Diploma or GED Certified through the State of Illinois as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required Current CPR certification (desired) Minimum of 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
