About your new role:
The Director, Financial Analysis is responsible for developing financial models and related analyses for multiple entities/services/projects (including, but not limited to, acquisition and development analyses), review and oversight of internal and external operational benchmarks, statistical analysis, assistance with insurance, and preparation of budgets, financial statements, and related reconciliations for designated service sites.
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, create and monitor both internal and external benchmarks.
Develop and maintain key financial drivers to make operational reviews more focused and data driven.
Develop reports to identify operational strengths and weaknesses in a timely manner. Provide recommendations to address operational needs.
Develop acquisition analysis, financial modeling (including development of financial models) and other analysis for various entities and services.
Directs and manages ministry business insurance needs including requests for proposals, applications, and audits.
Prepare operating and capital budgets, financial statements, and related reconciliations for assigned service sites.
Responsible for ad hoc projects including, but not limited to, compliance process, and completion of third-party surveys as assigned.
