WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Count and restock PAR locations daily to maintain established PAR levels
Unload delivery trucks, check for damaged boxes, sign for parcels, deliver stock supplies to Central Supply and non-stock supplies to departments throughout the facility and off-site locations, prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier
Fill and deliver departmental daily requisitions
Receive daily stock orders, restock shelves, rotate supplies, and monitor expiration dates
Match packing slips with supplies received to ensure that correct quantities were received
Answer all incoming calls and assist end users as needed
Maintain clean supply areas
Perform weekly cycle counts of Central Supply items
Prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier to expedite hospital supplies in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED required
2 years of Storeroom, Inventory Supply Systems, Receiving or related experience preferred
