WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Medical Staff Services and / or Healthcare knowledge.

Knowledge of professional regulation and facility / program accreditation requirements.

Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Concentrate for long periods.

Knowledge of Cactus software or related credentialing program.

Customer service skills.

Data entry.

Critically evaluate and analyze information in written materials.

Understanding of role of the Healthcare provider related to insurance processes.

Knowledge of laws, regulations, or policies impacting the Healthcare industry and federal and state licensing board standards and regulations.

Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Spreadsheet development and management.

Effectively communicate in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma / GED

1 year Consistent back round of employment and / or Life Experience with skill set as detail oriented, time management and communication. Preferred

1 year Able to communicate clearly and professionally; possess strong organization and time management skills, and have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;

extensive experience with computers, Patient Accounting / Payer sites, and Required.
