About the Role:

We have an exciting internship opportunity to support our Technology team as an Intern - Enterprise Architecture - Reporting based in the USA. The Reporting Intern will collaborate closely with our enterprise architecture team to grow the maturity of our Enterprise Architecture practice. Their primary focus will be on developing the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Application and assisting in the implementation of EA governance policies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide technical assistance to EA Team with Fact sheet entry and measuring data quality of the fact sheets.
• Assist in troubleshooting data quality issues related to LeanIX EAM application.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts to address team inquiries and concerns.
• Document EA guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and standardization.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards using LeanIX reporting tools to visualize architecture data.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand reporting needs and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and manage technical proof of concepts (POCs) with other system integrations.

Qualifications:

• Student must be enrolled at a four (4) year college or university for the duration of the internship.
• Overall cumulative minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Process - Information Technology, Security, Business, or relevant experience preferred.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least minimum of 75 credit hours (rising Senior).
• Must be willing to be on site in Shelton during the internship.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Business Architecture preferred.
• PowerBI or any other reporting tool experience preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Previous customer service/client interface experience, required.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholder teams and align toward common goals and outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully juggle multiple initiatives and manage changing priorities.
