About the Role:

We have an exciting internship opportunity to support our Technology team as an Intern - Corporate Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) based in the USA. The Artificial Intelligence Intern will be a highly motivated and talented college student, with a major in data or AI. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of AI projects and be passionate about using data and AI to drive innovation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work on AI projects to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI models.
• Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze data, build prototypes that can be converted into projects.

Qualifications:

• Student must be enrolled at a four (4) year college or university for the duration of the internship.
• Overall cumulative minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) required.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data or AI.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least minimum of 75 credit hours (rising Senior).
• Must be willing to be on site in Shelton during the internship.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience in developing use cases of AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, demonstrated ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Model frameworks, preferred exposure to AWS services and tools.
• Must have completed 2-3 projects within portfolio.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholder teams and align toward common goals and outcomes.
• Ability to successfully juggle multiple initiatives and manage changing priorities.

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
