What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy for TeamLogic IT Franchise.
• Oversee all aspects of managed services program development, ensuring exceptional service quality and franchisee satisfaction.
• Drive strategic leadership to assist franchisees in growing their Managed Services Strategy, focusing on increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through specific offerings, technical vetting, establishing partnerships, and enhancing training and support programs.
• Develop and implement robust security protocols across the franchise network, leading security training and coaching franchisees in implementing security frameworks.
• Promote cloud practices within the network by emphasizing SaaS, IaaS, DaaS, and PaaS solutions. Provide strategic guidance and support for effectively using these technologies.
• Guide operational improvements and technology integrations to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Manage vendor relations and technology selection to support the diverse needs of the franchise network.
• Establish and maintain high standards for franchisee interactions and account management across franchises.
• Represent TeamLogic IT at industry events and maintain a leading presence in the Managed Services community.

Skills, Requirements, and Performance Expectations

• A seasoned IT professional with 10 years of experience in managed services, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and remote support.
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement technology roadmaps that align with business objectives (vCIO), and experience managing the operational aspects of an MSP, including supporting technical staff and vendors.
• An inspiring leader who can motivate and build high-performing MSP networks across geographically dispersed locations.
• An excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively with franchise owners, providing strong account management skills to maintain relationships.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage.
• Expertise in cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure and other major platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and solutions.
• Proven experience with Unified Endpoint Management, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Proficiency in IT service desk management methodologies (ITIL preferred).
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enhance service offerings and increase monthly recurring revenue.
• Maintain high service standards and franchisee support.
• Document interactions with franchisees to maintain comprehensive touchpoint records.
• Travel up to 25-50% to support franchise operations and attend necessary events.
