Job Position: Assistant Project Manager
Work Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 *Prior Multifamily experience is required, will consider experience from candidates with management for a subcontractor, or track home Project Manager
Projects: You will be on a variety of projects including garden style, build to rent, cottages, and more!
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the multifamily construction sector. You'll have the opportunity to assist in the management of multifamily projects that will contribute to communities for decades to come. In addition, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of multifamily projects and get the opportunity to work with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors.
