Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our Product Management team and are looking for a Global Building Systems Product Manager. This role could be anywhere in the world, ideally, New Zealand, Australia, US or UAE (Dubai)

What you will be doing

In this role you will be tasked to understand and create a complete end-to-end solution from a digital design which can be translated into easy ways of manufacturing with our equipment. You will be working with our core Product Management Team as well as with many of our wider global FRAMECAD team and network. Engaging with key customers and industry experts will be key to your success. An understanding of modular platforms would be an advantage when creating commercial roadmaps

What we are looking for

This position requires a strong understanding of the building segments and the building methodologies and how this would translate into the end-to-end solution which would produce these offerings. A background in construction (ideally within CFS) particularly around the residential and commercial segments, design led, offsite manufacturing, and onsite construction would be beneficial. You’ll be use to working in a global business and managing your own time to interact with key stakeholders to produce exceptional outcomes. This position could be based anywhere in the world for the right person.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of Product Management experience
• 5 years in the building industry (direct or indirect)
• Experience working in an international business
• Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to contribute to the development of systems and processes to adapt to changing needs of business.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing organization and willing to do whatever it takes for the team and success of the business.

Nice to have:

Experience in an International Business and working with multiple stakeholders
