Summary:

We are seeking a full time Pest Control Technician to join the Frame’s Family! The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently, possess the ability to problem solve effectively, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full Time (8am-5pm) and some weekends during our busy season.

Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct daily routes in a company vehicle to evaluate, sell, and solve pest related concerns and issues for our customers.
• Fully access each job site and provide the most efficient pest control solutions for each customer’s needs.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and recommending the right service plan for the needs of each customer.
• Complete all required service documentation.
• Collect and manage customer payment records.

Requirements:

• Previous pest control industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate state licensing within the first 90 days of employment. We will provide you with the necessary training and resources to take and pass the Ohio Department of Agriculture Licensing Exams.
• High School Degree or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Due to the nature of our business, you must be comfortable with working outside in varying weather conditions and in confined spaces like attics, basements, crawl spaces, etc.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• All new hires must complete a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work some weekends between April and July.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
