We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering beauty product recommendations, and assisting customers with their beauty needs. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Offer personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage customer information
- Manage social media platforms to promote beauty products and services
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Upsell additional products or services to customers to enhance their beauty experience

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and tidy beauty counter
- Proficiency in operating a cash register for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of social media management to promote beauty products effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for serving bilingual customers
- Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and customer inquiries
- Ability to upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing customer information
- Ability to manage stock levels, ensuring products are always available for customers

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
