About the Role:

As a dental provider, you'll play a vital role in the mission of the Federally Qualified Health Center. You'll work alongside a supportive team to deliver comprehensive dental services, educate patients about oral health, and build lasting relationships with individuals and families. Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive care, fillings, extractions, dentures, and more.
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Educate patients about proper oral hygiene and preventative measures.
  • Build rapport and trust with patients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of dental services and quality initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and adapt your practice accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree and board certification in general dentistry.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care dental setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Passion for health equity and commitment to serving underserved communities.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish a plus.
