Role Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.
• Conduct A / B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present trends to the marketing manager.
• Ability to create direct response and conversion copy.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with A / B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Trading and Financial Services will be considered a serious advantage.
