FedPro is searching for an experienced Blending Supervisor to join the team! This hands-on role involves actively participating in blending activities alongside your team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations throughout the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate is a leader with a hands-on approach to chemical blending operations, possessing strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Work Hours: 1^st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Location: 4520 Richmond Rd., Warrensville Hts., OH

Reports to: Plant Manager

Team Dynamics: Manages a small group in the Sealants Department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day blending manufacturing operations in the plant, providing hands-on support and guidance.
• Efficiently coordinate with other departments to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage, and drive productivity improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and guide the team to ensure adherence to procedures and safety protocols.
• Delegate daily tasks to maintain productivity levels.
• Ensure accurate documentation and ingredient usage for each batch, operating equipment safely.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, monitor raw material usage, and ensure proper inventory management and batch approval.

• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee blending operations and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of blending processes, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, inventory, and quality control processes.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in blending operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
