One of California's largest women’s health organizations is looking for a Part-time Ultrasound Technician to join our Modesto team, providing the highest quality family planning and gynecology services to patients throughout CA.

The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for the operation of diagnostic medical equipment to perform a variety of technical sonogram procedures for prenatal diagnoses and testing. The Ultrasound Technician works with a variety of surgeons and APPs for a variety of sonogram procedures, specifically trans-abdominal scans and use of vaginal probe to obtain baseline measurements for establishing EGA, fetal heartbeat, yolk sac, placental localization's, IUD placement and screen for possible molar pregnancy.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of a Diagnostic Ultrasound/Sonography Technology program required from an accredited Sonography program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
  • High school diploma required.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Possess a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to relate to diverse communities.
  • Possess a warm and caring manner.
