Requirements :

Equipment and supplies : You must owna laptop outbound phone line and have access to reliable internet.

As an IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiter your companywill be responsible for sourcing Clients &Candidates.

Any costs or fees associated withthe client transactions included but not limited to business cardscustom apparel lead lists or referrals and specialty software areavailable upon request to purchase.

Wire transfers ACH credit cardprocessing taxes exchange rates tariffs collections legal or otherdirect costs associated with commission sales are deducted from theRecruiters commissions.

A monthly subscription fee of $123to sell on behalf of FoxMore and is due prior to starting and eachmonth thereafter. The subscription will also provide ZOHO RecruitApplicant Tracking system ATS.

inbound phone line access andemail / Gsuite including Teams. If you hire additional staff (Officeor Sales) you agree to pay an additional monthly Subscription foreach person working / supporting on your contract.

After your 6 month anniversary youagree to incorporate your business and provide E&Oinsurance.

All contracts are Reviewed Approvedand Issued by FoxMore Management and kept on file.

IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiter must alwaysrepresent themselves as an IndependentAgent.

You may not open an advertisedFoxMore office without a separate office contract.

Thissummary of commissions benefits and requirements are solely forgeneral purposes and are not contractual. All terms and conditionswill be agreed upon and signed by both parties in the IndependentAgent Full Cycle Recruiters Agreement.

Requirements

Requirements : W-9 (Canada W-8BEN(e)) Equipment : You must own alaptop and have access to reliable internet. Minimum gross revenuerequirement of $100,000 in billings each anniversary year.

Guarantee Candidate periods that are not fulfilled and fee refundsare adjusted in commissions. As an Independent Agent-Full CycleRecruiter you will be responsible for sourcing Clients &Candidates.

A monthly service fee of $123 is due prior to starting,(prorated for the first month), then due the 1st of each month forATS / CRM, Inbound phone line access, and email / G-suite.

After your 6month anniversary, you agree to incorporate your business and carryE&O insurance. All client contracts are Reviewed, Approved andIssued by FoxMore Management and kept on file.

Freelance Full CycleRecruiter must always represent themselves as an Independent Agent.All Media, Marketing or Advertising, in any form, must be preapproved by FoxMore LLC.
