We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LTE Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an LTE Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing LTE network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to maximize network efficiency.
In this role you will…

• Analyze the causality of LTE network performance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), quality of service (QoS) metrics, and user experience parameters.
• Monitor and evaluate RF environmental trends that impact LTE network performance, identifying anomalies and performance degradation issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network performance issues, collaborating with network engineers to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track LTE network performance metrics and trends.
• Utilize LTE performance measurement tools and protocols to assess network performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement in LTE network infrastructure and operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineering, operations, and customer support, to prioritize and address network performance challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest LTE standards, technologies, and best practices, incorporating new methodologies and techniques into network performance analysis.

The ideal candidate would possess…

• Strong understanding of 5G and LTE wireless communication technologies, protocols, and standards.
• Experience in analyzing 5G and LTE network performance data and identifying optimization opportunities.
• B.S. or M.S. degree Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data mining algorithms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
