QUALIFICATIONS:

Communicate to supervisor immediately of any factors that will affect the ability to meet deadlines or if further resources are needed to complete tasks.

Self-start and prioritize resources as needed to own the processes of your role to ensure that things are continuously streamlined and efficient.

Follow all documented procedures. Submit requests for process improvements to these procedures to supervisor before implementing.

When in doubt, ask for clarification or guidance as needed.

Actively participate in company and team meetings. Listen to input of others, take into account the different perspective of other departments. Offer complete and honest feedback without any fear of reprisal. Understand that some meetings your responsibility is to give more information than you will receive.

Work in manor that promotes Safety for yourself, all others in the facility and the end user.

JOB DUTIES:

MANUFACTURING

Prioritize, Load, Monitor, Maintain and Clear Jobs on 3D Printers

Monitor 3D Printer Supplies and advise Purchasing

In times of heavy production, load printers with builds that most effectively utilize their available runtime and capacity.

Maintain continuous 5S in all work Areas.

Perform assembly of components in accordance with documented procedures.

Upon assembly, complete all needed production documentation.

Provide Daily Report to Supervisor

List all Completed Tasks, Note: Any component shortages, Equipment issues, safety concerns, or any factors that impact production.

Continue to develop skills in various manufacturing disciplines such as soldering, machining, fabricating and so on. Feel free to request resources to support this growth.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Inspection for incoming shipments from China

Inspection for in house items currently in process

Inspection for outgoing items (packaging, kits, etc)

Functional Test and Burn In, as needed

Contract manufacturing- materials (incoming inspection of items from outside vendors, raw materials)

PACKAGING

Refer to and utilize the latest PMD for all packaging tasks.

MISCELLANEOUS

Support Warehouse operations as needed.

Engineering: Learn the use of design tools such as Solidworks to create tools and fixtures that will support production.

Log and maintain records on all incoming RMA’s

Evaluate and repair RMA’s as needed.

Process returns of RMA goods to Cuctomers in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
