FOXDALE VILLAGE is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)- Full-time (Evenings and Nights) Near State College, PA
Description
Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in State College, PA. Foxdale Village was founded on the values of treating every person with dignity and respect and actively strives to create an engaging and welcoming environment for all. We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our caring and dedicated team. This RN position works a mix of evening and night shifts, 80 hours per two-week pay period; 3, 8-hour (evening) shifts and 1, 12-hour (night) shift per week which includes every other weekend; shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm (evening) and 7pm-7:30am (night). The position will also flex between Skilled Care and Personal Care
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties Include:
- Develop, review, update, and deliver individualized interdisciplinary care plans for residents.
- Provide effective leadership in assigning work, directing services, and ensuring safety.
- Demonstrate clinical competence in nursing procedures and in emergency responses.
- Monitor, evaluate, and assess care to adhere to regulations and standards.
- Accurately document using PointClickCare electronic health records system.
- Ability to work 12-hours shifts.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Graduate of an approved National League of Nursing (NLN) school.
- Licensed to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Possess a valid CPR card.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional RN is preferred.
- Experience in the field of gerontological nursing is desired.
