Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to residents in a memory care setting. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Monitor and manage behaviors of individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments. - Support individuals in maintaining their independence and promoting their overall well-being. - Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. - Ensure the safety and comfort of individuals under your care. - Maintain a clean and organized environment for the individuals you assist. - Respect and uphold the rights of residents in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications: - Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or related fields is preferred but not required. - Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals under your care as well as their families and healthcare professionals. - Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding. - Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the setting.
