Foxconn is Hiring a Module Business Program Management Specialist (FT) Near Campbell, CA

Module Business Program Management Specialist is someone who can maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new development to expand our business horizon. We are seeking an outgoing and motivated self-starter who is passionate about consumer electronics and module design and manufacturing, business negotiations, customer relationship development, business process reengineering, and new business development. The candidate will also be responsible for directing multiple functional teams to implement business processes and to negotiate and close business deals. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our module-based initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our module manufacturing endeavors.
Major Responsibilities:

Manage business claims from start to finish to safeguard company’s best interest.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, and resolve business concerns.
Coordinate with stakeholders to follow, improve, and implement business processes.
Provide directions for manufacturing teams to prepare business claims/quotations.
Responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy and completeness of strategic quotations.
Business negotiation for business/cost claim settlements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and evaluate potential module-based business opportunities, considering market trends and customer demands.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and shape module business strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that could impact module-based projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

3~5 years of success in business development or business operations.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or mathematics.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data logically and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to speak and write in both English and Mandarin fluently.
Proven track record of 3~5 years in business development, project management, or related roles within the module manufacturing industry.
In-depth understanding of module concepts, manufacturing processes, and integration into larger systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master’s Degree in the related field.
EMS/OEM/ODM experience in consumer electronics.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
At least 3 years experience at business operation role in manufacturing.
