Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure the accuracy of financial projections.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and key financial metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Participate in developing and improving financial planning systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven 3 years of working experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in financial data extraction and manipulation.
  • Financial integrity, transparency in communication, and ethical standards.
