Foxconn Industrial Internet is Hiring a General Services Associate Near Mount Pleasant, WI

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a General Services Associate to support our General Services team in Mount Pleasant, WI. We are seeking a self-motivated and adaptable candidate who will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the General Services Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.Job Responsibilities:

Manage inventory on employee office/breakroom supplies/smocks/heel straps (Weekly/Monthly)
Restock & refill general service throughout building (2-3 times per week))
Check and pick-up the mails/parcels and sort to the right ATTN (Daily)
Help to set up the refreshment/meals for the client (Daily)
Follow up with internal vendors to make sure they are proving us the best service possible (Randomly)
Assist cleaning crew as needed and help keep the facility clean and up to 5S standards
Verify, Sign, Collect & deliver vendor invoices to the Manager or Admin Assistant
Coordinate 3rd party services including janitorial/cleaning services and food suppliers and 3^rd party housing as needed (hotel/logistics management)
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
Help to arrange, organize, and coordinate Foxconn events
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff
Work on special projects and other duties as required
Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Driver License Required
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
