We are hiring 1 day-time Office Assistant to cover the hours of 730AM to 430PM, Monday through Friday, all year-round. *NO WEEKENDS!

We have a fun work environment and lots of room for growth. This Full-Time position requires an individual who is able to multi-task. This person is responsible for scheduling jobs, acquiring building permits, taking calls for Service Requests, following up with recently-completed projects, along with other various daily tasks.

MUST HAVE: computer knowledge/familiarity(preferably the Mac operating system), Excel/Numbers, Word/Pages, and the ability to correspond via e-mail.

MUST HAVE: History of good attendance with current and recent former employer(s) and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
