FOX SPOKANE DENTURE CLINIC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Spokane, WA

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team as our office is busy and growing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and be personable and caring, as well as possess strong multitasking skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Handle front desk duties efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow

- Provide exceptional patient service and address patient needs promptly

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures

- Experience with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting

- Strong organizational skills to manage patient appointments effectively

- Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver quality care

- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role is advantageous
