We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, eCommerce strategies, and a passion for driving engagement and sales. This role will involve a variety of tasks related to social media management, influencer partnerships, Amazon content creation, and eCommerce optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

• Create and implement engaging social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.

Conduct Manual Influencer Research:

• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers within budget constraints without relying on software tools.
• Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content and promote brand awareness.

Amazon Post Creation:

• Develop captivating posts for Amazon listings to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Content Creation and Scheduling:

• Generate one post per day for Fox Run brand and three posts per week for other brands across various social media platforms.
• Utilize Amazon Video Builder to create engaging videos suitable for Amazon, social media, and advertising campaigns.

Customer Engagement and Support:

• Monitor Amazon listings for unanswered questions and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Set up market tracking for top products on Helium for the US and Canada markets.

Trend Watching and Product Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new product ideas to maintain competitiveness.
• Assist in product testing processes and provide support in taking photos for social media during testing phases.

eCommerce Optimization:

• Create and schedule brand emails for Amazon to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Identify DTC customers for bulk orders and provide email leads to sales teams to encourage repeat purchases.

Website Aesthetic Improvements:

• Enhance the aesthetics of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website, particularly focusing on Jarware brand, to improve user experience and drive conversions.

Listing Optimization:

• Review Amazon listings for potential issues and implement necessary optimizations to improve product visibility and organic rank.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium to optimize detail pages for better search visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and eCommerce.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and other eCommerce tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
